Avoid coloring your hair for two weeks immediately after getting a perm.  The hair is already stressed.  If you immediately apply a new hair color product, it could damage the hair structure further.  Some colors are not intended for use on permed hair.  This includes Poly Live Aufheller, Poly Blonde Intensiv Aufheller Ultra and Intensiv Aufheller Ultra Plus.
